Technical specifications of differential pressure controllers

DN of the controller - nominal diameter of the opening in the connecting flanges. The DN value is used to standardize the sizes of pipeline fittings. The actual opening diameter may slightly vary in either direction.

PN of the controller - nominal pressure - the maximum allowable excess pressure of the working medium at a temperature of 20°C, ensuring long-term and safe operation.

Kvs of the controller - flow coefficient corresponds to the water flow in m³/h at a temperature of 20°C, at which the pressure loss across the controller will be 1 bar. The flow coefficient is used in hydraulic calculations to determine pressure losses.

Setting range - the range of pressure difference maintained by the valve depends on the stiffness of the spring (setpoint force).
