Disc check valve

Disc check valve - features low cost, low metal consumption, and ease of installation. When opened, the disc shifts along the axis of the flow, remaining in the flow passage, leading to low flow capacity.

This type of check valve is used for water, compressed air, and non-aggressive liquids. They are widely used in heating and water supply systems due to their simplicity of installation and low cost.

The valve body is made of brass or stainless steel, the disc - of brass or polymer, the seal - of NBR or EPDM, and the spring - of stainless steel.

Lift check valve

Lift check valve is characterized by high reliability and repairability, they do not require high-quality working mediums and installation, and provide high tightness.

Lift check valves are used in industrial facilities and boiler rooms, on pipelines transporting compressed air and steam.

In the closed position, the disc is held by its own weight and can be supplemented with a spring. Spring-loaded check valves do not require complex installation and can be installed in any position. The plane of the disc is parallel to the pipeline axis, and the axis of disc movement is perpendicular to the pipeline axis. When the flow direction is under the disc, it shifts to open the passage, and in the reverse flow direction, the pressure difference on the disc becomes an additional force that holds the disc in the closed position.

The valve body and threaded cover are made of cast iron, steel, or bronze, the disc - of steel or brass, and the spring - of stainless steel.

Ball check valve

Ball check valve is characterized by high flow capacity, simple flow path design, and high tightness. This type of check valve is not sensitive to the quality of the working medium and can be used on pipelines transporting cold water, viscous and heterogeneous liquids.

The shut-off element is a rubber-coated cast iron ball, held in the closed position by its own weight. In the forward flow direction, the ball shifts to a chamber located outside the flow passage, and in the reverse flow direction, the ball closes the passage.

The ball check valve is installed on vertical pipelines with an upward flow direction or on horizontal pipelines with the ball chamber on top.

The valve body and cover are made of cast iron, the disc - a rubber-coated cast iron ball.

Swing check valve

Swing check valve is characterized by high flow capacity, reliability, low sensitivity to heat transfer medium quality, and repairability. The shut-off element is a steel disc that shifts radially when the valve opens. Swing check valves are installed in heat stations, boiler rooms, and industrial facilities.

In this type of valve, the disc is held in the closed position by gravity, allowing installation on horizontal pipelines and vertical ones with an upward flow direction.

The valve body is made of cast iron, steel, or bronze, and the disc - of steel.
