Cleaning of the solid fuel boiler should be carried out before starting the firing process and only when the combustion chamber is cooled. The cleaning of the inner surface should be carried out by dry method without using water and cleaning fluids. Cleaning with water can lead to the appearance of leaks in the exhaust system.
Soot deposits should be removed from the warm boiler using a scraper.

During operation it is FORBIDDEN:
- To close the air supply opening in the room with the working boiler. Due to the lack of air for fuel combustion, resin formation and the formation of semi-coke gas are possible.
- To use types of fuel that are not specified in the operating instructions. In order to prevent poisoning, burning of plastics, materials, and fluids that emit toxic gases is not allowed.
- To use any fluids to ignite and increase the boiler productivity.
- To operate the boiler with an unfilled or partially filled heating system;
- To fill a heated boiler with cold coolant;
- To fill the heating system and its auxiliary supply under pressure exceeding the working pressure in the boiler. Excessive pressure can lead to the destruction of the boiler heat exchanger;
- To directly take hot water from the heating circuit (heating system) for domestic purposes;
- To operate the boiler with a faulty chimney and disrupted draft;
- To operate the boiler with open or poorly sealed loading and ash doors.
- The owner is prohibited from making repairs to the boiler communications and making any changes to its design;
- To install shut-off valves on the pipeline that connects the heating system with the expansion tank;
- To install shut-off valves and filters between the boiler and the safety valve;
- To reduce the water temperature at the inlet to the boiler below 45°C;
- To increase the temperature at the outlet from the boiler above 90°C;
- To start the boiler when the water in the heating system is frozen;
- To add fuel to the boiler if the heat transfer is stopped and the heat accumulator is heated.
- To allow children access to the room with the working boiler;
- Presence of children in the room where the boiler is installed during ignition and shutdown of the boiler;
- To leave the working boiler unattended for a long time;
- To perform any work on a insufficiently cooled boiler.
- To store flammable materials or liquids near the boiler.
- To store ash in an open container made of combustible materials.

ATTENTION! In case the boiler stops working during the heating season and there is a risk of freezing water in the heating system, it is necessary to completely drain the water from the boiler and heating system (when the temperature of the outdoor air is below 0°C).
